本所提供全日班服務，收托三個月至三歲幼兒77名，並按年齡分四個全日班，培育內容有數學邏輯智能、人際關係智能、身體動覺智能、音樂智能、自然觀察智能及個人內省智能等，並為幼兒供應午餐、水果、下午茶點等。
托兒所上蓋面積約為627平方米，內有一露天平台，設有一間嬰兒室，三間活動室及輔助室。

The “Little Seagull” Nursery under the General Union of Neighborhood Associations of Macao was founded on 28 July, 1998, in a place provided by the Macao SAR Government. It is managed by the General Union of Neighborhood Associations of Macao and subsidized by the Social Welfare Bureau.
Targets:
Help dual-career families to look after their young children by providing them with a safe and healthy environment conducive to their wholesome well-being, development of various potentials and fostering good life habits in them.
Contents and Area:
Full-day class service is provided. Presently, there are 77 infant children aged 3 months to 3 years under its care. They are divided into 4 age-based full-day classes to learn about various types of intelligences such as Mathematical logic , interpersonal, body kinesthetic, music, natural observation, and personal introspection. Lunch with fruit and afternoon refreshments are served.
The 627m2 nursery has a baby room, 3 activity rooms, an auxiliary room and an open terrace.

Historial:
A Creche \"A Gaivota\" da União Geral das Associações dos Moradores de Macau (UGAMM) foi inaugurada em 28 de Julho de 1998, num espaço cedido e devidamente equipado pelo Governo da RAEM, sendo administrada pela UGAMM. O seu funcionamento é apoiado financeiramente pelo Instituto de Acção Social.
Metas:
Ajuda famílias com carreira dupla (marido e mulher) a cuidar dos seus filhos pequenos, proporcionando-lhes um ambiente seguro e saudável, propício ao seu bem-estar saudável, ao desenvolvimento dos vários potenciais e à promoção de bons hábitos de vida.
Conteúdo e âmbito dos serviços:
A creche proporciona turmas do dia inteiro, com lotação de 77 vagas, para crianças com idades compreendidas entre os 3 meses e os 3 anos, divididas por 4 turmas conforme a idade. Do programa de ensino fazem parte as seguintes actividades: matemática, lógica, relação humana, movimento corporal, música, observação natural, etc. A creche fornece também almoço, fruta e lanche às crianças. Este equipamento dispõe de uma área coberta aproximada de 627 m2 e com um terraço ao ar livre. A sua estrutura compreende um berçário, três salas de actividades e salas de apoio.
