The Nursery “Infantário de Santa Rosa de Lima” is attached to Franciscan Missionaries of Mary which built this child-care centre in Macao in 1956. The centre offers assistance to families in need, especially to worker’s families and poor families.
Objectives:
The nursery provides families in need, especially working families and the impoverished, with adequate help and support. In the spirit of Christian benevolence, it is committed to the whole-person development of young children through offering them a safe and cheerful learning environment where they grow in love and care.
Contents and Area:
It pays close attention to their growth, diet and all-round development, and helps them establish a solid foundation for pre-school education.
Historial:
O Infantário de Santa Rosa de Lima foi criado pelas Franciscanas Missionárias de Maria em 1956, tendo por objectivo disponibilizar apoios para as famílias necessitadas, especialmente para às famílias vulneráveis e às famílias dos trabalhadores.
Objectivo:
A creche fornece ajuda e apoio adequados às famílias necessitadas, especialmente às famílias da classe trabalhadora ou pobres. No espírito da benevolência cristã, dedica-se ao desenvolvimento da pessoa integral nas crianças pequenas, oferecendo-lhes um ambiente de aprendizagem seguro e alegre, onde crescem sob cuidados amorosos.
Conteúdo e âmbito dos serviços:
Além de prestar atenção ao crescimento e à alimentação das crianças, esta instituição salienta igualmente no desenvolvimento infantil nos aspectos físico, intelectual, moral, social e estético, de modo a estabelecer uma boa base de educação pré-escolar para as mesmas.
