Application Requirement

- Macao resident or non-resident;
- Individuals or families which are disturbed by problem gambling.

Content of Service

- Personal and family counseling.
- Hotline counseling and consultation.
- Financial counselling service.
- Community-based educational talks and activities on gambling prevention.
- Promotion on responsible gambling.

Application Procedures and Document Require

• Photocopy of Macao Resident Identity Card and presentation of the original (Non-resident of Macao has to submit valid document of identity);
• Other relevant documents may need to be submitted whenever necessary.
