Subsidy Application for Non-regular Activities

Target Group

Non-profit-making organizations/associations intending to explore some non-permanent special activities relating to social work, but this type of activities can neither be covered in the scope of regular activities nor supported by the operational funds of organizations/associations.

Application Procedures and Documents Required

Entities interested in obtaining subsidy need to make an application at Social Welfare Bureau 60 days before the realization of the activities and submit:
  • Application form:
    - Application form for entity or association applying for subsidy for the first time (Type A);
    - Application form for other situations (Type B);
  • Application form for subsidy of activities;
  • Those applying for the first time needs to submit information of organization / association.

Note: Entity needs to present to Social Welfare Bureau an evaluation report of activities with detailed description about utilization of attributed subsidies within 30 days after realization of activities.

Time for Approval

According to application procedures of subsidy for non-regular activities in Social Welfare Bureau, decision will be made and organization/association applying for subsidy will be notified within 25 working days upon receiving Annex III – Application Form of Subsidy for Single Special Activity.
