課程目的：

1. 認識販運人口的定義和其主要概念，增強前線人員對個案的辨識能力，繼而深入了解怎麼協助和保護人口販運受害人。
2. 讓社會工作局的前線人員更深入認識國際上販運人口的工作和所面對的挑戰，並學習跟人口販運受害人個別面談的技巧，各種協助和保護受害人的措施。

家庭暨社區服務廳的社工及心理輔導人員、治安警察局、司法警察局及民間社會服務機構前線人員(包括：明愛24小時專線服務隊、婦聯勵苑和打擊販賣人口24小時求助熱線及善牧中心)
